1. Promoter

2. Eligibility
Entry is strictly limited to Early Entry recipients who have received an official invitation to the ICMS Early Entry Ceremony at the ICMS Northern Beaches Campus on Thursday, 13 November 2025.
Guests, family members, or friends of Early Entry recipients are not eligible to enter the raffle.
Eligible participants must be physically present at the event and hold a valid raffle ticket issued upon entry.
Entrants must be 16 years of age or older and reside in Australia.
ICMS staff, contractors, and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter.
Only one (1) raffle ticket per eligible Early Entry recipient will be issued.

3. Entry Method and Limits
Each eligible Early Entry recipient will receive one (1) raffle ticket upon entry to the event.
The raffle ticket must be retained and presented at the time of the draw to claim the prize.
Lost, damaged, or misplaced tickets cannot be replaced or reissued.
Only attendees present on the night are eligible — entries cannot be submitted before or after the event.

4. Promotion Period
The promotion runs only during the ICMS Early Entry Ceremony at the ICMS Northern Beaches Campus on Thursday, 13 November 2025.
The raffle draw will take place at approximately 8:00 PM AEDT on the same night.
Ticket distribution and entries close once all attendees have been admitted on the night.

5. Prize Details
There is one (1) prize consisting of a 13-inch Apple MacBook Air (M2 chip or equivalent).
The total retail value of the prize is approximately AUD $1,699.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances require.

6. How Winners Are Chosen and Notified
The winner will be selected at random from all valid raffle tickets placed into the draw bowl.
The draw will occur in person at 8:00 PM AEDT at the ICMS Northern Beaches Campus.
The winning ticket number will be announced live at the event.
The ticket holder must immediately come forward and present their ticket to claim the prize.
If the winning ticket holder does not come forward within 2 minutes of the announcement, a new ticket will be drawn, and this process will repeat until a valid winner claims the prize.
The prize can only be claimed on the night; unclaimed prizes will be redrawn and awarded to another attendee.

7. Disqualification
An entry will be deemed invalid if:
The entrant is not an eligible Early Entry recipient;
The entrant is not physically present at the time of the draw;
The entrant fails to present a valid raffle ticket; or
The entrant breaches these Terms and Conditions.

8. Privacy Notice
Any personal information collected (such as attendee names or contact details) will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway.
Entrant information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
By entering, participants consent to ICMS using their name and likeness for promotional or marketing purposes related to ICMS events, without additional compensation, unless otherwise requested in writing.

9. General Conditions
The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.
The Promoter is not responsible for any technical or logistical issues affecting participation or prize redemption.
If the giveaway cannot be conducted as planned due to unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at its discretion.
