Subject Aim:
The aim of this subject is to provide you with an understanding of the fundamental processes and tools used across companies in the supply chain. This subject provides a review of the theory base associated with supply chain management, as well as practical applications, analysis and evaluation of the theory using SAP ERP software simulations.
Learning Outcomes:
- Analysis the fundamental supply chain business processes used to run organisations.
- Analyse and apply the skills necessary to manage the supply chain of a company using an ERP system.
- Effectively analyse and apply information from an ERP system to make good business decisions.
- Evaluate how supply chain management can provide a competitive advantage for organisations
