We provide memorable meals in keeping with the fine tradition of fresh Australian produce, beverages and innovative menus to suit every client’s requirements and to surpass their expectations.
The European ambience of the superbly renovated historic buildings, elegant sandstone arches, balconies with magnificent views, and spacious rooms with lofty timber ceilings add a sense of occasion to any function.
Offering a wide choice of rooms and outdoor spaces, we are well-equipped to host a variety of functions, conferences, training seminars, wedding receptions, cocktail parties, board meetings and private dinners.
The College also has 11 conference rooms which are suitable for breakout rooms. Large and comfortable, some open out onto balconies with magnificent sweeping views of the coast. Seating up to 40 in comfort, each of the rooms can be configured to suit most requirements.
The College facilities and equipment cover most needs. Other conveniences for guests include a computer room with Internet access, business support services and a library.
