Our Program Managers (also called Faculty Mentors) are here to help you achieve your academic goals. You can reach out to them directly to discuss your academic progression.
Academic Mentoring Office
Welcome to the Academic Mentoring Office – your one stop shop for academic queries. This is where you can contact a Program Manager for help with:
- your study program and which subjects to choose in your next study period
- what to consider when changing your program of study
- timetable changes and much more.
We are here to support you and ensure your academic journey is smooth and successful.
How to contact the Academic Mentoring Office
In person:
The Academic Mentoring Office is available during the first three weeks of the trimester to assist with academic queries. Program Managers will be available in person at the Student Services Office on the Northern Beaches Campus in Manly and the City Campus during normal office hours.
Online support ticket:
If you prefer to have your queries addressed via email, please submit a support ticket. Select the option for ‘academic advice/contact your Program Manager’.
