After being born in Romania, getting a bachelor’s degree in Amsterdam, finishing a study abroad in Prague, and now getting a master’s in Events Management in Sydney, I am thrilled to welcome students from all corners of the world to ICMS!
With a deep understanding of the challenges and joys that come with studying abroad, I am dedicated to assisting students in creating unforgettable memories and embracing all that ICMS and Australia have to offer. Whether it’s organizing social events, providing academic guidance, or offering support when needed, my aim is to empower students to make the most of their experiences and reach their full potential.

Becoming a student is challenging, and becoming an international student is even tougher! I am the first in my family to graduate from university, so I understand this journey. Originally from Germany, I am currently pursuing my master’s in International Business at ICMS.
I want to put my experience and enthusiasm forward for YOU.
In this role, my main focus is on fostering the well-being, inclusion, and compassion for students of all genders, nationalities, and backgrounds, so they feel equally involved and supported in all areas of student life.
International students are the heartbeat of ICMS, and without our presence, campus life would lose its colors and charm!
Eva (Qihua) Wu
Studying in a foreign country has always been my dream. When I was studying my bachelor’s degree in China, I decided to work hard and prepare myself for 8 years to save tuition fees after I graduated from university in 2014. Now, I am in a diverse city, Sydney, and historical ICMS.
Being a member of International Students Representative (ISRs) is one of the most exciting campus life experiences for me. I have a deepened experience with all ISRs events since May 2023. We are all thrilled to offer different amazing memories for both international students and domestic students.
We are not just members of the International Students Representative (ISR) team; we are a family connected at heart. Breaking the boundaries of diverse cultural backgrounds, wededicate ourselves to creating a vibrant, inclusive, and friendly campus environment for the students at ICMS through various activities and events.

As one of the International Student Representatives, I am honoured to welcome you all to ICMS. The moment I got into the flight to Sydney, I will be lying if I said that I was not scared of what was laying ahead of me but my dreams were bigger and scarier.
Being raised in a culture where women are traditionally valued on the basis of how many children they can bear and not by how educated or economically successful they might become is my main motivation to pursue my dreams of studying abroad since I wanted to change that narrative for myself and so many others that look up to me.
The presence of students from around the world enriches the ICMS community by bringing unique perspectives, experiences, and ideas that contribute to a vibrant and dynamic learning environment.
As team, we want to foster a sense of belonging and support by bringing both international and domestic students together through a series of events that promote integration and cultural exchange throughout the trimester.

Muraho! My name is Sheila, I was born and and raised in Kigali, Rwanda and of course I have a lion for pet!
I can’t lie, moving across the world has been one of the biggest challenges I’ve faced so far but it has also been a time to explore new cultures and meet new people.
I joined ISR shortly after I started my classes here at ICMS in 2023 and being part of this dynamic and multicultural team helped me adapt and navigate life on campus. I was able to make friends and learn a little more about different cultures and norms from all around the world!
Highly recommend chilling with us whenever you can!

Hello! My name is Seowoo Kim (Amber). I’m from South Korea and currently studying business at ICMS. Although my time in Australia has been brief, I understand the hardships and solitary struggles of living abroad. The ISR team and I are committed to being there during those moments, striving to create more enjoyable memories together.
Anne Semino
Hi, I am Anne from the Philippines. I am currently taking up Master’s in Management. Living in Australia has always been a dream of mine ever since I started traveling. Of all the cities and countries I have been to, it was Sydney that caught my heart. It still feels surreal to actually be here and to be studying in a castle!! ♡
I remember vividly my first day, even though I had already met many people with different cultures and personalities before ICMS, still nothing beats being a new student again – with no friends and just plain overwhelmed by everything. That is why the ISR team is here to help and guide students to get accustomed to the new environment, create memories, and gain new friends.
