Australian business extraordinaire and TV celebrity Mark Bouris (AM) will speak about the keys to successful management at the International College of Management, Sydney (ICMS) Open Day on 12 August.
Bouris’ midday address is a highlight of the ICMS Open Day activities planned at the higher education institution’s gorgeous Manly campus between 10am and 2pm.
“Having a business expert and Australian personality of Mark Bouris’ stature address prospective students at the ICMS Open Day is an honour,” ICMS CEO and President Professor Dominic Szambowski said.
“We look forward to hearing what he has to say, and thank him for taking the time out of his busy schedule to attend our Open Day. It says a lot about ICMS that Mark would be happy to address our students, especially those looking to register for any of our courses. It underlines our commitment to providing the tools to our students to achieve the soaring career goals and aspirations that Mark represents.”
Bouris is currently starring on Channel Seven’s popular TV show The Mentor and is a former host of both the Australian version of the hit business reality show The Apprentice and The Celebrity Apprentice Australia. He is an Australian businessman best known as the founder and chairman of Wizard Home Loans, Australia’s second largest non-bank mortgage lender. He is also the chairman of Yellow Brick Road, a business which he founded in 2007. He was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia for significant service to the finance industry, particularly the home loan mortgage sector, to education, and to charitable organisations, in 2015.
Bouris is a strong advocate for work experience, something ICMS also recognises with industry experience an integral part of every degree offered at the college.
The ICMS Open Day is an opportunity for prospective students to gain insight into the well-rounded student experience offered at ICMS. Activities on the day include tours of the Manly campus, faculty lectures and pop up markets. ICMS Open Day is a window into a world where career dreams can come true.
