ICMS set the stage for future fashionistas in July with its “Building Your Fashion Empire: From Vision to Vogue” workshop.
The event, held at the stunning Northern Beaches Campus, gave Years 10–12 students a hands-on taste of the fast-paced fashion industry.
The workshop gave over 60 students the chance to explore what it takes to build a successful fashion brand.
Through interactive sessions, they learned how to create a unique brand identity, understand their target audience, and develop effective marketing strategies.
The day also highlighted the ICMS Bachelor of Business (Fashion and Global Brand Management), showcasing the opportunities available for those interested in turning their passion for fashion into a career.

Jodie Randell, ICMS Domestic Development Manager, said the event was a great way to inspire future fashion leaders, even before they started their studies after school.
“The workshop was a fantastic way to encourage entrepreneurial visions and inspire students to pursue a career in the exciting fashion industry,” she said.
“It was incredible to see their creativity and passion come to life as they worked on their brand ideas.”
ICMS continues to provide opportunities for students to explore their interests and prepare for successful careers.
Students left the workshop with new skills, fresh ideas, and a clearer understanding of how to turn their fashion dreams into reality.
For many, it was a first step toward exploring a career in one of the world’s most dynamic industries.
