Ayden Littleford

Ayden is a Learning Designer (AI and Assessments) at ICMS, specialising in assessment design, curriculum redevelopment, and the integration of emerging technologies in higher education. He works closely with academic staff to redesign subjects using assessment-led and backwards design principles, ensuring constructive alignment between learning outcomes, assessment, learning activities, and content.

Ayden holds a Graduate Certificate in Learning Design from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor’s Degree in International and Global Studies from the University of Sydney. He brings experience in learning design, course development, and language education across the higher education sectors.

With a particular interest in artificial intelligence, serious games, simulations, and innovative learning experiences, Ayden is focused on evidence-informed design, quality assurance, and academic integrity in creating engaging, future-focused educational experiences.
