Daria Andrievskaya

Daria Andrievskaya is the Associate Vice President (Rooms Division) at ICMS.

Daria joined ICMS in mid-2024 as Manager of Residential Services and has since progressed into a broader leadership role as Associate Vice President (Rooms Division). In this role, she oversees key areas including reservations, housekeeping, daily security operations, under-18 student support and Residential Leader programs. She works at the intersection of operations, student experience, and service delivery to ensure consistently high standards across the campus environment.

With a strong academic and professional foundation, Daria holds a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Design Management from Switzerland, complemented by further studies in entrepreneurship, business, training and assessment, wellness leadership and counselling.

Daria brings international industry experience from leading hospitality brands, including IHG, Mandarin Oriental, One&Only Resorts and Marriott across Switzerland, Russia, Canada, Mauritius and Australia. Alongside her operational leadership, she also delivers hospitality and business subjects to undergraduate students in an online learning environment.

Daria believes in lifelong learning and open-mindedness as essential drivers of personal and professional growth, with travel playing a key role in shaping her global perspective.
