Elspeth is a member of the Executive Management Group at the International College of Management, Sydney (ICMS) and occupies the role of Vice President (People and Training).
Elspeth started a generalist HR career in fashion retail at TopShop in London. In 2007, she moved into the international recruitment sector and was responsible for placing newly-qualified chartered accountants into global financial centres such as Bermuda, Hong Kong and Luxembourg. Elspeth then specialised in Asia Pacific tax-legal cross border recruitment as Associate Director at Brewer Morris, Sydney. Elspeth joined the higher education sector in 2015 and was responsible for attracting and retaining global and domestic talent to University of Technology, Sydney. She was the lead consultant for UTS Business School, Faculty of Arts and several high profile research centres. Elspeth holds a BA (Hons) from the University of Stirling, and achieved certification from the Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
