Jackie Chang

Jackie Chang is the Vice President of Institutional Alliance at the International College of Management, Sydney (ICMS). She is a seasoned education administrator with extensive international experience across three continents.

Since joining ICMS and Aspire Institute in 2013, Jackie has become one of the organisation’s core leaders, playing a pivotal role in the success of ICMS’s Transnational Education (TNE) initiatives in China. She oversees all aspects of the China region and leads the Institutional Alliance Project, fostering sustainable academic partnerships and strategic collaborations with both Chinese and global institutions.

Renowned for her strong partnership engagement skills, cross-cultural communication, and dedication to educational excellence, Jackie has been instrumental in expanding ICMS’s international footprint and strengthening its global reputation as a leader in applied management education.
