Jackie Chang

Jackie Chang is the Associate Vice President of the Institutional Alliance at the International College of Management Sydney (ICMS). Jackie is a seasoned education administrator with international experience on three continents. Before joining ICMS, she garnered extensive expertise in the Australian higher education industry over many years.

She joined ICMS and Aspire Institute in 2013 and quickly became one of the organization’s few all-around core members. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the China region and the Institutional Alliance Project.

Jackie’s extensive experience and leadership have significantly contributed to the growth and international presence of ICMS and its associated institutions.
