Katherine Jaros

Katherine Jaros is the Senior Student Services Specialist based at the Manly campus.

In addition to her administrative tasks associated with the student lifecycle, Katherine actively engages in organizing the administrative side of graduation and study exchange responsibilities.

Originally from Poland, Katherine arrived in Australia 23 years ago as an international student. This personal experience allows her to empathize with the diverse needs of students worldwide, having navigated the challenges of studying and living in a foreign country herself.

Katherine holds a Master of Science degree and teaching qualifications from Jagiellonian University. Prior to joining ICMS, she spent 12 years in the International and Domestic Tourism industry, demonstrating her adaptability and diverse skill set. Her extensive background also includes over a decade as a teacher in both a Community Language School in Australia and a high school in Poland.

Maintaining her passion for travel, Katherine possesses firsthand knowledge of major destinations in Australia and numerous countries globally. Outside of work, she channels her creativity into painting and decorating, showcasing her artistic flair and dedication to personal interests.
