Student Success Centre Manager
Luisa Arango oversees the Student Success Centre at ICMS, where she has been a valued team member since 2020.
She began at ICMS as a lecturer in economics and statistics, later transitioning into project management for subject development. Her expertise led her to join the Learning and Teaching Team, contributing to the creation of new subjects, before advancing to Program Manager for Business and Entrepreneurship courses.
With more than 20 years of experience across education, not-for-profits, government and private sectors, Luisa is deeply committed to empowering individuals to achieve their potential. As an economist with a Master’s degree in Economics, her passion lies in supporting people to grow and thrive through learning and development.
