Maritess Olega Alera

Maritess “Tess” Olega Alera is a Student Services Specialist at ICMS.

Her early international career was in retail, and she is now exploring the education sector.

Tess achieved a Bachelor of Science in Information and Computer Science from Lyceum of the Philippines – Bangas City, before achieving a Graduate Certificate of Business from ICMS, followed by an ICMS Master of International Business (2022).

With a rich background of professional experience spanning diverse cultural landscapes, Tess has successfully contributed to dynamic work environments in countries such as Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, the Philippines, and currently in Australia.

This international exposure enhances Tess’ ability to navigate varied work settings and collaborate seamlessly with individuals from different backgrounds.
