Progressions and Timetabling Officer
Maritess ‘Tess’ Olega Alera is the Progressions and Timetabling Officer at ICMS.
Her early international career was in the retail sector, before she moved into education and joined ICMS. Tess achieved a Bachelor of Science in Information and Computer Science from Lyceum of the Philippines University in Batangas City, before achieving a Graduate Certificate in Business from ICMS. She then went on to study a Masters of International Business with ICMS in 2022.
With a rich background of professional experience spanning diverse cultural landscapes, Tess has successfully contributed to dynamic work environments in countries such as Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, the Philippines, and currently in Australia.
This international exposure enhances Tess’s ability to navigate varied work settings and collaborate seamlessly with individuals from different backgrounds.
