Robert Moran

Robert Moran brings a wealth of expertise in business leadership, strategic thinking, and governance specialisation to the ICMS Board.

With a robust background in board experience across various organisations, Robert has demonstrated remarkable insight and leadership in steering the success of both corporate entities and charitable organisations.

Robert has served in key roles with prominent ASX companies such as Oceania Capital Partners Ltd, mPower Group Ltd, iSOFT Group Ltd, and Keybridge Capital Ltd. His invaluable contributions have undoubtedly played a pivotal role in the strategic direction and governance of these esteemed organisations.

Throughout his executive career, Robert has held influential positions within renowned organisations, showcasing his adeptness in strategic leadership and corporate governance.

His professional journey includes a pivotal role as a Partner at Blake Dawson Waldron and Rosenblum & Partners from 1992 to 1999, solidifying his expertise in legal and business matters.

In the decade 1999 to 2009, he held the position of Head of Principal Investing and Corporate Finance at Allco Finance Group.

From 2009 to the present, he has been an integral part of Oceania Capital Partners Limited, serving as the Chief Executive Officer from 2009 to June 2014. He subsequently took on the role of Chairman from July 2014 to the current date.

Robert’s commitment to making a positive impact extends beyond the corporate realm, as evidenced by his active involvement with notable charities.

Specifically, he has dedicated his time and expertise to furthering the missions of Redkite, a children’s oncology charity, and the Redan Foundation, an Australian benevolent foundation.
