Virginia De Luca

Virginia is the Professional Placement Consultant based at the ICMS City Campus. She helps post undergraduate students undertaking the Master of Event Management, Master of Management, Master of Management Tourism and Hospitality, Master of International Business find work placements as part of their degrees.

Virginia is of Italian background, has worked in Europe, Nepal and Indonesia and has a passion for her students and their success. Virginia has experience in hospitality and tertiary education, ranging across hotels and resorts, cafés and restaurants, clubs, function centres in roles as a training and development coordinator, as a small business owner, IELTS and PTE teacher, as an education agent and as a Professional Placement Consultant. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business in Hotel Management, a Certificate IV in Training and assessment and a Certificate IV in TESOL.
