The International College of Management, Sydney (ICMS) brought together its community to celebrate students who have shown outstanding dedication and achieved strong academic results.
The October 2025 Dean’s List Ceremony at the Northern Beaches campus welcomed students, families, and staff to acknowledge dozens of top performers from across undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
The ceremony was hosted by two ICMS Deans, Dr Leonid Petrov (Business and Management) and Dr Nicole Hay (Hospitality, Tourism and Event Management), who commended students for their hard work and determination.
Each Dean’s List student was called up to receive their certificate in front of peers and supporters, a moment that marked the effort they’ve put in throughout the year.
“The Dean’s List recognises and rewards the outstanding academic achievements of the highest-ranking students in each cohort,” Professor Heidi Le Sueur, Deputy Vice Chancellor (Learning and Teaching) at ICMS, said.
“Their commitment, hard work, and dedication have paid off.”
As always, the group of recipients represented a mix of backgrounds and study areas, highlighting the diversity within the ICMS community.

Bachelor of Property student Millicent Gomez White took the stage to share her experience of arriving at ICMS and quickly finding her place.
“I quickly came to the realisation that ICMS is not scary at all,” Millicent said.
“Getting such a warm, homey welcome took it all away, and that is what ICMS has become to me: a home away from home.”
Millicent spoke honestly about the support she received along the way.
She thanked lecturers who helped her through challenging assessments and the Student Success Centre team she first met early on, saying, “Thanks to our amazing lecturers who have guided us through some pretty heavy assessments… and also to the Student Success Centre, from my first meeting… to now going out of their office with a smile.”
After the formalities, students, families, and staff had the chance to catch up and celebrate together.
As the next trimester approaches, ICMS is proud to support students through every step, both in and out of the classroom.
