Congratulations on Accepting Your Offer!

ICMS

You have successfully accepted your offer to study at the International College of Management, Sydney (ICMS).

Get ready for a unique student experience!

At ICMS we offer a personalised learning experience catered to advancing your career. With our focus on you, your student experience will be particularly special. We focus on keeping our classes small to ensure you gain in-depth knowledge, and form the vital connections you need for your future career and your future friendships. You’ll have fun going to the beach after class or heading into Manly to dance the night away during O-Week. We hope that you’ll have the best years of your life at ICMS!

Your Next Steps…

1. Book Your Interview

Strengthen your application by attending an interview.

During the interview we will discuss your course, timetable preferences, campus preference – and your unique requirements regarding things like free parking on campus.

Select from:

  • On Campus or Virtual Interview
  • Dates available:  Thursday 16/11/23 -> Thursday 23/11/23, excluding the weekend

2. eCAF to receive FEE-HELP

Once you have completed and passed your interview, you will receive a Letter of Acceptance and an email with instructions to submit an electronic Commonwealth Assistance Form (eCAF) to apply for FEE‐HELP (FEE-HELP is similar to HECS) will be sent to you by the government. The email will contain an individual passkey and a link to access eCAF.

You will need your Tax File Number (TFN) and Unique Student Identifier (USI) in order to complete the FEE-HELP form.

Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected]

3. Get Your Timetable

To get the best timetable possible – and to start planning your work and life – we will organise your timetable for you as soon as possible after we’ve received notification of your eCAF completion.

4. Keep ICMS as #1 in UAC

At ICMS, we offer a number of High Academic Places (HAPs) each February intake to students who demonstrate strong academic ability, as evidenced by ATAR ranking and/or interview. HAPs are equivalent in value to a Commonwealth Supported Place (CSP) at a public university. The cut off varies, but historically it has moved between a 70 to 80 ATAR.

HAPs will only be offered to students who have ICMS as their 1st preference in UAC.

5. Book Your Accommodation

Staying in ICMS student accommodation is the ideal way to immerse yourself in student life, make friends and stay connected with all that the College has to offer.

ICMS students have exclusive access to a range of convenient and fully-furnished accommodation options in one of Sydney’s most desirable neighbourhoods.

Whether you are looking to stay in Manly’s iconic ‘castle on the hill’ or prefer the independence of a self-catered off-campus residence, the ICMS accommodation team can guide you on your options.

6. Get Ready for O-Week

Your degree will teach you the theory and skills necessary for a job, but your tertiary experience is about so much more than that. It’s a time for growth, making lifelong friends from around the world, and having the best years of your life.

Make the most your student experience – study hard, play hard and embrace all the opportunities presented to you and most of all – enjoy it.
