100% of ICMS degree students graduate with real workplace experience

At the International College of Management, Sydney (ICMS), industry placements aren’t an add-on, they’re central to the student experience and a defining strength of our degrees.

Through our Work Integrated Learning (WIL) program, every degree student completes structured professional placement subjects (internships) that translate academic knowledge into real-world impact and career momentum.

ICMS connects students with some of the world’s most respected employers, giving them firsthand experience in diverse industries and professional settings. These include Atlassian, Deloitte, ANZ, CBRE, SAP, Georgio Armani and Tourism Australia.

With more than 10,000 graduates, all completing Work-Integrated Learning (WIL), ICMS has built strong industry connections over many years, supported by more than 10,000 industry partners.

Feedback from host organisations consistently highlights the professionalism, initiative and tangible business value students bring to their teams. Graduates often transition directly into employment through these partnerships, equipping them with confidence, capability and a competitive edge in the job market. In fact, 76% of students receive a job offer from their professional placement.
