Mentoring collaboration between Third Space People and ICMS

August 17, 2022

A groundbreaking collaboration between boutique employee experience and leadership agency Third Space People and ICMS will result in the mentoring and coaching of ICMS students before they even start their studies.

The International College of Management, Sydney (ICMS) is a career-focused higher education institution located in Northern Beaches, Sydney, NSW, and in the city of Sydney.

ICMS alumna Hareta McMullin is the founder and CEO of Third Space People, and has been featured by businesses such as the Financial Review, Sydney Morning Herald and Smart Company.

In the run up to the ICMS Career Day, 19 January 2023, between four and six successful Early Entry (EE) or Leadership Entry Pathway (LEP) students will be selected by Third Space People to receive an exclusive, in person, small group career mentoring session for 60min at the ICMS Career Day. The session will be run personally by Hareta and is valued at over $1,650.

Hareta will also hold a more general session at Career Day for all attending.

“As an ICMS alumna, I may be a little biased, but I’m a huge fan of how ICMS bridges the gap between theoretical study and the real-life working world. Partnering with ICMS provides me with an opportunity to support the work they’re doing in shaping our future generation of leaders,” Hareta said.

“I’m excited to connect with students, hear their stories and share some advice that may help them change the trajectory of their careers.”

The ICMS-Third Space People partnership is in line with the ICMS Professional Mentor ecosystem, aimed at supporting students throughout their studies as they journey towards personal success in their professional lives.

“ICMS really understands the power of the student experience and how critical that is to overall education success. The work they’re doing to build a culture that connects with their students is incredible,” Hareta said.
