ICMS student satisfaction rate tops Australia’s Leading Universities

March 31, 2022

ICMS student satisfaction rates are higher than the Group of Eight Australian Universities, according to a recent QILT survey*, due to continued efforts by the higher education institute to equip, mentor and guide students towards personal and professional success.

The results are in…

In the QILT survey, International College of Management, Sydney (ICMS) scored 79.6% and 82.4% in the category “Student’s Overall Satisfaction Rate” for postgraduate (institution) and undergraduate (study area) students respectively. These student satisfaction rates were both higher than that of G8 universities.

QILT (Quality Indicators for Learning and Teaching) is a suite of national higher education surveys funded and endorsed by the Department of Education and Training, and independently administered by The Social Research Centre.

ICMS ranks higher with its student satisfaction

“What allows ICMS to compete with the G8 universities is its student-centred approach, which has crystallised into a powerful professional mentor ecosystem,” ICMS CEO Rowan Courtney-O’Connor said.

“We purposefully create an environment to ignite the careers of our students. At the heart of everything we do is the desire to equip each individual student with the educational and practical tools needed to be career-ready and to succeed in the industry in which each student has chosen to carve out a career.”

ICMS continually strives to provide a personal career-focused learning environment, which sets ICMS graduates up to be career-ready and ahead of their contemporaries in the competitive job market of the future.

“An ICMS student is not just a number, but an individual, and I think the QILT data highlighting Overall Student Satisfaction being greater on our campus compared to those attending larger G8 universities points to this,” Courtney-O’Connor said.
