The MBA has been designed to equip future business leaders with the practical wisdom to enhance the effectiveness any organisation, ensuring your status as a highly sought-after graduate within a range of industries.

Preparing you to be future-oriented with the ability to confidently lead through change and transformation, achieved through the emphasis on four cross-cutting themes that are embedded across all subjects:

  • Global Mindset
  • Personalised Leadership  Development
  • Ethics, Responsibility & Sustainability (ERS)
  • Future Orientation and Strategic Transformation

These high level skills are relevant for a variety of roles in any industry and are the backbone of a successful competitive global economy.

With the unprecedented pace of global change, businesses must adapt to survive. Technological innovation and economic upheavals have altered traditional business models. The intervals between “revolutionary” impacts are decreasing, with change now constant. Businesses are seeking MBA graduate leaders who understand that transformation and leadership are inextricably linked with strategy execution.

Business success also depends on more than just strategy and planning. A positive and constructive organisational culture is crucial for exceptional business performance. Collaboration among diverse individuals is key to unlocking innovation and achieving greatness. Bringing together people with different ideas, experiences, and insights and getting them to work together towards a shared goal is essential. This is why the ICMS MBA incorporates the development of your “soft” skills, as well as competencies in core functional business areas.

Ultimately, success in today’s business environment requires visionary leadership, adaptability, and a culture that supports innovation and collaboration. The world is changing faster than ever, and businesses that fail to keep up risk being left behind.

ICMS MBA graduates will be sought-after for their ability to embrace change, foster a positive work culture, and transform global businesses, helping them to thrive in this ever-changing world.

As an ICMS MBA student you will have the opportunity to complete an Action Learning Project and a Professional Placement in an Australian or international business within your two (2) Work Integrated Learning (WIL) subjects, included within the degree.

Professional placements are arranged for you by the dedicated ICMS WIL team who will work with you to secure an individually tailored internship role aimed at building your Australian business networks and connections, as well as providing real life work experience.

The MBA has been designed with the aim of enhancing and cultivating your unique leadership style. From day one, the best of industry and academia will be alongside you, teaching, mentoring, coaching and stretching you.

With their support, you will get the opportunity to network whilst you develop into the leader you want to become – confident, competent, and connected.
